Junior College Program
This program was started In June 2023. The aim of this program Is to provide higher education for those children who are passing out from High School. We have noticed that many children do not pursue further education either due to poverty or lack of support from families.
This program will provide a stepping stone for these children to become eligible for government and private jobs. We have the testimony of few students who managed college education on their own, that they were able to get bank and private jobs.
This program Is completely funded by the management, and does not get any funding from government.
The Students stay in the Challagundla hostel, and commute to the nearby city college (SSN College Narasaraopet). The management bears all expenses pertaining to these children Including boarding, lodging, commute, tution and other living expenses.
Currently this program has 6 students, and the expenses works out to be Rs 10,000.00 ($120) per student per month.
We need continuous support from kind hearted donors to smoothly run this program.
